My MAGA mate, buzzwords like close the border and build the wall will not secure the border. Good to excite supporters but it’s just buzzwords. You need a comprehensive bill that include adding resources to the border police and legal teams. It include improving the legal process to clear the backlog of asylum seekers. Yes housing and accommodation are also required. Why is MAGA so afraid of this bill. It should be submit to the House and be voted upon.

They are not asylum seekers... they are illegal migrants... legal immigration has always been available... they should use it.

Only in America.  Imagine any American arriving in any of the countries the illegal aliens are coming from demanding the same benefits.

Never going to happen.  And their citizens would be outraged if they did.  I guarantee it.

Some communities are standing up to the far left’s attempts of forced humanitarian efforts brought on by biden calling for a surge at the border by asylum seekers ,turned illegal border crossers .

seeking asylum is legal. Asylum seekers must be in the U.S. or at a port of entry (an airport or an official land crossing) to request the opportunity to apply for asylum.

"There’s no way to ask for a visa or any type of authorization in advance for the purpose of seeking asylum,” says Byrne. “You just have to show up.”

BS... Asylum seeking is the go to excuse for illegals... the fact is that a very small % of illegals qualify for asylum... last count 35,000 out of 3,000,000... there are embassies in the countries of origin who are set up to handle that process legally...

Who would have thought that the majority of people don't want their schools closed down to make room for a migrant shelter? Who would have thought that booking every cheesy motel room in an area for migrants who don't spend would be detrimental to local business?

Now there is something like 12 million, unemployed, unvetted "newcomers" competing for rent on the lower end spectrum.

and yet they chose to walk, or hitch hike or suchlike all the way through Mexico to get to the US border. Seems like being a bit choosy to me. Could it be that Mexico doesn't give them as many freebies as the US is expected to?

Take a look at NYC and Seattle if anyone thinks bidens immigration policy is working.

The best ever revenge by border states was sending as many illegals as possible to states that support illegal immigrants being allowed to enter the US. I'll bet those states never thought they'd be getting the immigrants in their own states. Remember what happened in Martha's Vineyard when a few showed up there.

Agreed, they're taking better care of the newly arrived than our own citizens.
