Caught With "fake" Degree!, Any Ideas?

Featured Replies

A friend of mine has been caught by Immigration and Education using a "fake" degree,.

He worked for a well know Language School and after 6 months they decided to check, and it came back "fake". So the school understandably released him from his contract but insisted they would not go any further.

However after a year, yes a year he recieved a letter from Education & Immigration calling him into their office, so he went, "which I thought he should not have done", but anyhow he went.

They took him to court fined him 3000thb and gave a 3 month suspended sentence, phew he thought, but that was not all, then immigration said that was the court now they have their turn.

They told him he would be deported and had to stay in the cells until deportation, unless he paid 10000thb, which he did. so top and bottom of it is he will be deported on the 6th August. does anyone know of anything he can do?

regards

Its not bull shit, its 100% true after the court case, immigration said "right do you want to go to the cells now", he said "cells what for", before deportation you must go in the cells, after a while he managed to secure a bond with them 10000thb, I dont think he will get it back! All I want to know is what can he do to stay, is that final now, will he be able to come back or would he be able to pay a cash insentive to forgot this matter. As I said before I am just trying to help out a friend.
