Popular Post Sig
OMG... milking it.... She has control over public attention. Here she is putting herself in front of a bunch of cameras and getting lawyers, etc... If she doesn't want public attention, go home and don't talk with anyone you don't want to! And if stress is an issue, don't read anything about the case or talk with anyone about it. The only reason it's still popping up in the news is because of her! The police and courts would deal with the Swiss fool and it would be forgotten quickly. But that seems to be the problem. She doesn't appear to want it to be forgotten and neither do her lawyer friends. So stupid.... 1 1 1

Yes Thai beaches are public land, but many accesses to the beaches are private property and legally not accessible to the public. The house he lived in was on private land. But any body with half a brain would assume the steps were built on private land as the Thai authorities are not in the habit of constructing private beach access to beach side properties, Any access from a private property to the beach would be constructed by the property owner and should have been located on the private land. The fact that the steps encroached onto public land was not known at the time by anybody involved in the incident, Thai people, contrary to what you think do not inherently know where land boundaries lie that is a matter for the land department and would be established by a surveyor When she sat on those steps she would have assumed they were private property but chose to do so anyway. Immediately after the incident the police even suggested she could be charged with trespassing which actually carries a more severe punishment that the minor assault that occurred. Of course this was before either the land boundary, her occupation, and the identity of her father was established Now you can stop making excuses for her too Nobody needs to make excuses for her, as she was not in the wrong. Resting peacefully on some stairs by the beach is not illegal, and is fully acceptable behaviour in Thailand. He was the only one in the wrong here. Is that so hard to understand..? Now, if she and they wants to go after him for what he did, and even make an example out of him, then that is nothing more than he deserves.

It would appear that a "real" doctor has issued some sort of report claiming she is suffering from stress. However regardless of whether she is or isn't, only the most naive of people would ever believe that she would have any problem obtaining a medical report which would confirm whatever she wanted. Especially bearing in mind her occupation, her fathers position, and the current media frenzy 1 1

The slightest thing can be blown up out of all proportion. Such as the reaction and demonstration by hundreds over someone hitting someone in the back (a reaction generated only because he was a foreigner. It would have been entirely different if he was Thai). The arrogant Swiss was at fault, but you say "Oi" and move on. If you put it out on social media then don't complain at the attention that you have generated causes you. Thing is I watched the clips numerous times and not once I saw a kick . When I asked cheerleaders to point out at what min and second of the video there is a kick, not a single one could answer other than saying Dr said so. not once have I seen any pics or bruising that she suffered. guy was rude? Yes, foul mouth ? Yes possibly kicked up some sand and gravel ? Maybe however her daddy, may well be the reason for so much noise. i am pretty sure he will be cleared in court , this is why they cancelled his visa ahead of time and why she is “worried “ he will get off lightly.

I very much doubt there would have been a note on the deeds clarifying this. I also think there is a strong possibility that the estate agents dealing with the letting would not know either, and neither would they have mentioned it if they did, "Property for rent with private beach access" sounds a lot more desirable than "Property to rent with illegally constructed beach access" Estate agents are not unknown to be economical with the truth(( With the exception of those living in condos or farang style housing estates I very much doubt that anybody knows for sure exactly to the millimeter, where their (wives) land ends and their neighbours begins Ok its no excuse to behave like he did but its also no reason to adopt an open door policy to all and sundry "just in case" As an aside I have personally seen the land department called out to establish land boundaries and they appear to be more than willing to agree to "adjust" the position of survey markers for a "fee" under normal circumstances most Thais do not argue with them

Scouse123
She has read how much he is worth through his ill-gotten gains with the Elephant charity and foundation and has now developed a severe case of PT$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$D. Why does she need 4 or 5 serious and scowly-faced supporters in the background whilst she talks to the press, is it for added support or are they all there for the shareout? And then we have the AN woke brigade coming to the rescue like the woman working in a hospital has never witnessed such behaviour as a bad-tempered male doing something stupid. Does she live in a BUBBLE? And she doesn't want him to get off lightly? Well, with all the publicity, that horse has already bolted. What happened to her previous statements of an apology would have been sufficient? Now, she's been talking to friends and that dirty word money and compensation has raised its head.
