Trump: Would be a "great honor" to be jailed for gag order violation

There is no way Donald would pay a porn star to keep quiet about him cheating on his wife to win an election.

Right?

Right?

Well if he did, he needs to be destroyed for it.

Man, you're a joke.

Says someone who considers Trump's complaints as proof! 😀

But don't hesitate to contact me for apologizes after an appeal court has validated this "proof". I will gladly oblige.

Does anybody remember this? Were there any consequences for Chuck Schumer after this disgraceful threat against Supreme Court Justices?

No one cares when the left attacks judges.

He has clarified what he said!

Waiting for Trump to declare he should not have used the words he said... 😀

Of course he did, and then he got a pass.

He said it, and he meant it.

And lets not forget the people allowed to "protest" illegally outside the justices homes.

Lol! Are you leaving in his head to know what he really meant?

Anyway, in case of doubt, let's put a gag order on Schumer for his trial by the Supreme Court! 😀

I heard what he said, saw the protest, and remember at least one attempted murder.

Walker - a step too far methinks. But I get it. Trump's behaviour is seditious and treasonous but even so . . . . . better not to create a Martyr?

This man is such a coward, one day in prison and he would wet his pants. He could not go one day without a hamburger, this man doesn't know what the word sacrifice means, he loves to talk big as long as he thinks there's no consequences, and as long as he's convinced he will never have to follow up. Such insincerity.

You guys! You have such vivid imaginations.

It's highly unlikely he will go to jail, as it would be far too hard to organise the secret service protection detail- are they going to empty cells for them to set up in ?

The far more likely scenario is home arrest.

You made my day, that was truly outstanding and the Nate White quote is brilliant. A great summary of a man lacking class to the extreme.

I would go one step further and call him the very definition of an empty suit, he is literally a hot air balloon of a man.

LOL. Sounds like a typical "ugly American" abroad.

And I'm not even on the left. Just fairly good at pointing out the Trumpeter nutcases.

:cheesy:

That's sooooooooooo funny. In fact I think it deserves another :cheesy:.

I too, would consider it a "great honor" if Trump were imprisoned for anything. And, while he's there, he could be waterboarded without asking him any questions. Just waterboard him all day, every day for a week or so.

I'm very disappointed in you for that. I thought you were a better person than to want to torture another human being. I'm apparently wrong.

Bye.

"a whit"      When did a Democratic candidate for President threaten a judge -oh that's right none of them were criminals.

Lock his ass up   and let there be Civil War       we will see who comes out on top.

Sure, and we know who has more guns, don't we!

you must feel so much better being able to get all that off your chest in one comment. impressive.

It's good when they spend so much time ranting on one post as it keeps us from being subject to more posts like that.

Wow, that is a deeply disturbing comment. Especially coming from the member (no pun intended) who obviously has the biggest Trump boner of everyone on this forum. And that’s saying something, you have some stiff competition there. Again, no pun intended.

That mentally triggers a gag reflex.

He really has contribute nothing of value to the country nor live his life for sake of principle to be worthy to be called martyr. He will go to jail, lost the election and will be forgotten soon after. Another nut will surface amongst the Maga GOP and their lemmings will gravitate towards.

that wasnt what i asked, what others have been given a gag order through a similar situation as this....can't say i know of any.

How many presidents do you know that engaged in insurrection?  Gag orders

See, for example, State v Plunkett, 934 P2d 113, 116 (Kan 1997) (upholding termi-

nation of defendants self-representation after he maintained a surly, disrespectful atti- tude throughout the proceeding, became belligerent and used profanity during argument on motions, refused to stand when addressing the court, and stopped answering the judge's questions); People v Davis, 851 P2d 239, 243-44 (Colo App 1993) (upholding exclu- sion of defendant from courtroom after he spat in the prosecutor's face, fought with deputy sheriffs, and physically attacked and shouted obscenities at a prosecution witness).

2 See, for example, Stewart v Corbin, 850 F2d 492, 494-96 (9th Cir 1988) (defendant threatened the trial judge, used abusive language, and intimidated a witness with his conduct).

' Illinoisv Allen, 397 US 337, 343-44 (1970) (holding that constitutionally permissi- ble remedies include binding and gagging the defendant, citing him for contempt, or re- moving him from the courtroom). See also Tanksley v State, 946 P2d 148, 150-51 (Nev 1997) (finding defendant in contempt for talking back and behaving disrespectfully); Scurr,647 F2d at 855 (upholding court order that defendant wear handcuffs and a body belt inside a coat after he assaulted a jailer); Stewart, 20 F3d at 915 (affirming lower court's decision to place defendant in leg irons during trial); Stewart, 850 F2d at 499-500 (affirming decision to gag defendant for repeatedly disobeying court orders and intimi- dating a witness).  Source University of Chicago unbound
