Is her father/family an owner/tenant in Cape Yamu village? = she has legal access from A to B by feet. 2. Did she trespass security + walked through a private villa to get to this very important public beach? 3. Did she drive/walk 4km and then walked 1.5km along the beach after dinner to gain legal access? 4. By boat? To me it seems like she has a very long nose and might have interest in how the super-rich live in a private village, though with a public beach. (which is not easily accessible). Are you a personal friend of this odious Swiss slug ? if not, why are you trying everything you possibly can to build some kind of defence / excuse for him, and transfer the blame for his cowardly attack onto the victim ? 3 1

Mr. Fehrs is one of the smaller ones = most likely correct with 1m thb per month (m = million)

But how did she go from A to B unless she has access through an estate in Cape Yamu? First report mentioned that she talked to a security guard on the beach. The only legal access is if you are a tenant or owner in Cape Yamu Village. Or a canoe/boat I think it is a fair question; why did these 2 ladies really want to go on a public beach, which is difficult to get to? No bars, no music, no toilets, but a lot of trouble to get onto a public beach of rich people. Everything is ok, since nobody needs a toilet (just one example). Right? but not my business.. 2 2 1 2

No doubt Mr. Fehrs was wrong with his very hostile reaction, but the Doctor did something special to get to this public beach. Only to watch a full moon after dinner? It doesn't make any sense and I think she had an agenda. Or walked via Mr. Fehrs property to the public beach, which upset him before the confrontation. The Dr asked the security guard if the could walk along the beach. Security said ok. 1 3

I'm disappointed with OMF, he says its just a kick with no lasting injury. Just beish it off . Where do we draw the line? Blood? Broken bones we can see on X-ray? How do you measure mental anguish? The video shows he kicked her in the back unprovoked. He wasn't fearing for his life or anything. It wasn't an accident like he tried to claim. He is a foreigner acting like a HISO. And finally a father who wont sell his daughter. Personal attacks on her physical appearance are in the gutter with trump. 2 1

What she did before or how she got to that part of public land is irrelevant. Even if she trespassed through the estate without permission the worst that would result in is a charge against her but who'd be crazy enough to attempt that. 2 1
Elkski Posted April 10, 2024 Posted April 10, 2024 There should be no beaches anywhere in the World without public access is how i feel. In fact i hope a service begins that takes people in a day tour of this beach as it would give me a reason to visit the P again. I would have to buy a thong Speedo to walk up and diwn in front if all these houses with my beer belly. 1

"Bribe," so upsetting to our experts, appears to be the usual clickbait. The article says she merely says a "large sum of money." She and her father went on to say they wouldn't accept money to drop the case. Her issue at the moment is not the monetary offer but the section of the law proposed for the charges. She seems genuinely p*ssed off about what happened and wished to emphasize the fact. The drama here emanates mostly from our posters, however. you forgot his ego race blocking an ambulance and give him the finger after a break test, and showing off a gun in public. Collecting millions for his elephant sanctuary and spending most of it private. Great guy, Im sure he is innocent 2 2

I have not seen any cases in regards of his businesses being corrupt. The video with ambulance was incl. sound and no sirens. Even when he finally pulled to left the ambulance did not overtake him. Where is the video or pictures of him showing a gun? Are most of you just convicting him on an assault with no injury on the victim? and now most of you feel like he should be deported because he is rich? Calling me a troll with only 111 posts is very clever. This was just my opinion, and this is a forum where we are supposed to discuss any topics in a nice calm manner. Thailand is about to deport a rich guy because of his wrong doings, but with no injury to the victim. Happy days as you say in UK. 1 2 1 2

His lawyer would argue that the case is after all narrowly confined to the physical kicking incident and that only deserves Section 295, not 391. Many here would agree, though it'd be nice if it were harsher. TiT. Regardless, she may recover for other damages, mental etc. in a civil trial or settlement.
