She was on PUBLIC land, did here friend live in the area....

The beach area is public, any resident would KNOW that, anybody can use it..

I agree and understand. But how did she go from A to B unless she has access through an estate in Cape Yamu?
First report mentioned that she talked to a security guard on the beach. I dont think there are many security guards on this beach after a dinner?

No doubt Mr. Fehrs was wrong with his very hostile reaction, but the Doctor did something special to get to this public beach.
Only to watch a full moon after dinner? It doesn't make any sense and I think she had an agenda. Or walked via Mr. Fehrs property to the public beach, which upset him before the confrontation.

 

The Dr asked the security guard if the could walk along the beach. Security said ok.

Law enforcement had to be bribed to be willing to lower the charges and try to get her to sign.  She refused ,then she was  offered a settlement.   

She has my respect and admiration. Go girl   and yrs sge is buck8ng the normal corrupt system where euch people pay their way out of trouble with the help of brown bags to the bib and up the food chain.   Lets see what happens.

As previously stated it wouldn't make any difference to the charges nor defense. She did not enter the private property of the guy. What she did before or how she got to that part of public land is irrelevant. Even if she trespassed through the estate without permission the worst that would result in is a charge against her but who'd be crazy enough to attempt that.

There should be no beaches anywhere in the World without public access is how i feel.  In fact i hope a service begins that takes people in a day tour of this beach as it would give me a reason to visit the  P again. I would have to buy a thong Speedo to walk up and diwn in front if all these houses with my beer belly.

Is all that correct or just a guess? I have not seen any cases in regards of his businesses being corrupt.
The video with ambulance was incl. sound and no sirens. Even when he finally pulled to left the ambulance did not overtake him.
Where is the video or pictures of him showing a gun?

Are most of you just convicting him on an assault with no injury on the victim? and now most of you feel like he should be deported because he is rich?

Not at all, just not in the scope of the post. His lawyer would argue that the case is after all narrowly confined to the physical kicking incident and that only deserves Section 295, not 391. Many here would agree, though it'd be nice if it were harsher. TiT. Regardless, she may recover for other damages, mental etc. in a civil trial or settlement.
