Is he different from his buddies from Tonga or Eswatini or Lesotho?😳

Different to Eswatini and Lesotho. He's a constitutional monarch. Not absolute.

Also different to Tonga with regards to constitutional powers.

Totally agreed. But then the Brits here praising him overwhelmingly what he had done for UK. And when you try to get deeper what he did to them personally or to their parents or grandparents.....

No answer but silly emojis😄.

And all the wealth of the 'Royals" is stolen wealth.

So why Brits are so proud of this old granddaddy?

And why this country needs a king?

Is he different from his buddies from Tonga or Eswatini or Lesotho?😳

The monarchy system is obsolete. The family benefits with the perks allocated to them. Operationally, the most qualified usually does the job. Qualification by birth has no place in developed countries. This is partly why the Brits have not progressed much in recent years.

To be accurate, the perks are with UK treasury. To the tune of, circa, £200 million a year.

wealth back to the english people

It shows how much you know about the UK and it's Royalty!

The UK Royalty is not just about England!¬!

In 1606 King James V1 of Scotland became King James 1 of England and in 1707 the parliaments united and Ireland joined and it became the UK in 1800 etc etc!

What is strange is that you don't know the Monarchy goes back many centuries, is part of our heritage, but some of you Big Mac munchers haven't got a c l u e about that stuff, just wallowing in your envy that we have a Kingdom, just like the place you are shacked up in...........🤭

The U.K is doing quite well post Brexit .

It hasn't been the disaster predicted by remainers .

The overwhelming body of evidence suggests that Brexit has had a negative impact on the UK.

Whether it constitutes a disaster is a subjective judgement.

In your opinion!

An internet search will reveal an almost complete lack of data suggesting that Brexit has had a positive effect. On the other hand, there is a seemingly endless number of articles, reports, etc detailing the negative effects of Brexit.

Given that, I don't see how it is possible to come to any other rational conclusion apart from the overwhelming body of evidence suggests that Brexit has had a negative effect.

What search term/ string are you using?

I searched for "effects of Brexit". The overwhelming majority of the results returned suggest that Brexit has had a negative effect.

But you are the one with whom he disagrees about Brexit. And for him, that's what makes it an annoyance.

So how has the monarchy prevented British progress in recent years?
