Their country may be poor but the top tier of any poor countries are still wealthy as wealthy distribution is not uniform in those countries unlike EU. Last year in Bangkok's Phra Khanong area, a Burmese woman, Nang Mwe Hlaing, got drugged and robbed by her ex-boyfriend, an Iranian boxer named Maleki Behnam.
