If your going to

ban it then it must be a 100% ban that means closing down all the farms and industry cultivating the plant and if not Who is going to police it

Oh you silly goose!

Of course the police will police it!

Just like how they police against prostitution, gambling, yaba trafficking, and every slight whiff of corruption in the LoS!

Guess it's back to the old school for you..

Medicinal weed in America is not neutered. Full potency. Otherwise it's just a placebo..

Medicinal weed isn't neutered, it's natural low THC weed that is used for medicinal purposes rather than getting stoned.

And there is no US-wide policy, it varies by state, in terms of legality and medicinal THC threshold. And there is significant variation in medical cannabis laws from state to state, including how it is produced and distributed, how it can be consumed, and what medical conditions it can be used for

Getting stoned isn't hard, just buy and ingest, but it does interfere with one's memory and intellect.

  • "Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul announced a formal study will be conducted before any changes to cannabis's legal status"
  •

How long do "formal studies" take?

I foresee many, many meetings ahead - enough time for Anutin to swell his coffers by quite a few million baht - whatever the outcome!

Most people agree the decision to make it legal a  good move,my friend said cambodia has it legal to.Many parts of the world make it legal and the country or gov makes tax or whatever on it.Medical reasons work too for pain.Reversing the law on weed will be a error and if someone is looking into it maybe they will not make the mistake in reversing that decision

Cannabis farmers are pushing for decriminalisation because legalisation made the price drop precipitously. I am not sure how recriminalisation will put their hash cookies back in the jar and get prices back up again. Definitely won't do much for government tax revenue collection.
