What to do about stalkers

I just blocked someone and also reported him or her for stalking me, but as I know I still can see their reply on other posts. Why does AN not change to block a member completely so I can't see their posts?

If you block a member he should not show up in your feed if you are logged in.

Probably referring to when someone quotes a person on your ignore list.  Life is so hard ...
