That being said, you respons just illustrates the point they made earlier, TDS people are ignorant and clearly you're not American because you use the term guilty regarding a civil case, don't know anything about the McDonald's case and ignore the Dobbs case.

 

Most importantly, you needed to put a qualifier into Trump's victory in 2016. A meaningless qualifier I may add. The popular vote doesn't count in america, but you knew that didn't you?

Granted that this is not his most serious crime, but what he did was illegal, and the American system of trial by a jury of one's peers found him guilty.

 

What is an absolute joke is that a guy can steal thousands of highly classified documents, jeopardizing national security and the identities of foreign clandestine assets, and get away without any trial, much less punishment.

 

What is an absolute joke is that a sitting President who loses re-election can try to overthrow the very system he ostensibly represents, and pay no price for his treason, not even having his alleged crime go to trial before an election.

 

So-called "outraged" Americans apparently think the US is some sort of monarchy and the office of President is royalty, so that anyone who served or serves is completely above the law, almost divine, kind of like a lese majeste system.

Let the courts first rule on his classified document theft and subsequent lying. Let the courts hear the evidence and see if he is guilty of subverting the will of the people and destroying democracy. Let the courts decide if a fake elector scheme is a crime against the people.

 

Do that BEFORE citizens take to the polls so that voters have ALL the pertinent information before casting their vote. He seems afraid, as if he knows full well he is guilty as sin.

 

If he is innocent as he claims, the court and juries of his peers will say so. If he is guilty, the people have a RIGHT to know.
