I know a couple of guys who signed up for it...   It has been inactive/suspended/still in the planning stage for almost a year.  I don't know if you actually can sign up for it now.

I'd like to know the first farang to even pass the damn thing, my colleagues apparently fail it constantly, saying the translation for tests is off, and don't tell you the correct answers
