I've been using this form for the last 2 years. It requires you to start from scratch ie create new acct each year. This year I have trouble with my Thai phone number, the verification code couldn't reach it. Same number used for last 2 years, though I can't recall how it went about verification in the past...Just a regular 10 digit thai mobile number. Any idea?

You must have a US phone number to receive security code to set up an account. After the set up, you can opt to receive security code via email and not use the phone number again. It will work if you have a US phone number that you can receive security code once. If not check out olt.com.

Thanks, I saw your earlier post about olt not asking for phone number. Didn't see that in time, just after I purchased a US number from Skype...I'm in the process of doing my tax with OLT. However, in setting up my account, it still asked for a HOME phone number (that is an item with an * - meaning a must have.) Re MOBILE phone number, it can do without. IIRC.

here's the part where OLT asks for phone number (it has an asterisk attached) - though I guess we can just make up a phony one as they are not going to use it to send verification code.
