The Metropolitan Police found three handguns concealed in a children's underwear drawer among the 386 illegal firearms seized in London last year. Despite these concerning facts, gun crime in London has dropped to its lowest level in 15 years, thanks to the Met's intensified efforts against firearms offenses.

At least the UK police are trying to reduce the guns in circulation and the victims harmed as a result.

 

When are Thai police going to take similar measures? Incidents are reported daily of firearms being used in quite ordinary domestic disputes as well as in crimes like robberies and by gangs.

As long as the inept Sadiq Khan is ultimately in charge of the Met police expect London to descend into increasing lawlessness.
