Seriously, what do you mean by "full body"? Every massage I ever had involved the full body, though sometimes it didn't include the little head. In Thailand, if it didn't include a happy ending I wore loose pants that they provided.

Was always the long pants for me. Towel only in happy ending places. Never ever had shorts provided.

Always a towel or my boxers.  For the safety of the young lady. I wouldn't want to poke her eye out by accident.
