I read many websites about Sauna. Some says it’s good for health and some says it’s not good.

Many websites have mentioned about loosing hair. (yes, I mean on head.. :o )

Is it true?

How often a person should go for Sauna?

How long you should stay inside a Sauna room to get max effect?

Why some people apply salt on skin?

Sauna is not good here,,To hot and no snow banks or ice water to jump into,,that is the theraputic benefits of the sauna..Here you sweat so much, you do not need a sauna.

And they have no birch switches here to whip your self with, thats the spiritual theraputic value, keeps your shit straight.

And without the snow or frozen river to jump into,For sure your hair will fall out, what you expect, running around with open pores in the polluted air in Thailand.
