I like Caesar Palace hotel in Pattaya 2nd road, old style hotel, you get a feeling it's the same staff since it opened all those years ago. Circ 1,000 baht a night

I miss Windsor Suits. The executive corner rooms was great, as well the breakfest buffet upstairs compared to the one downstairs. Great gym as well. Not to bad pool area, or in fact better than many or most more exclusive newer hotels.
