U.S. Charges Russian RT Employees in Alleged Election Influence Scheme
I suspect that the FBI is not finished, and so, some influencers are being very quiet now. -

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
The US/Thai DTA actually gives Thailand primary taxing rights on the IRA's and 401k's. That's why I hold the opinion I do. Thankfully, so far TRD has not taken advantage of that clause. -

These Days: Can ANYONE even imagine BIDEN with another 4 yrs in the White House?
The minimum applies at the time of sentencing, before the appeals start. Donnie could easily be feeding worms at Bedminster by the time he actually has to report, but then again, that case does not lend itself to appeal. The facts are too blatant and obvious. -

U.S. Charges Russian RT Employees in Alleged Election Influence Scheme
Things have certainly quieted down in MAGA world. On all the major media platforms. Everyone says so. All the best people. Ask anyone- 1

Can you defend yourself?
The guys just a bit of a crackpot. He tries to make out that all foreigners are bad and all Thais are wonderful. He comments on a public forum, then if anyone replies to him, he starts to get angry that people are "getting involved". As if his comments exist in some kind of vacuum, whatever he says is fact, and anyone who disagrees is winding him up. That's why I found it particularly ironic that he would give another user a dressing down for behaving a lot like him.- 1

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
I have yet to meet a bargirl who has a clue that such remittances would be accessible. Or a bar patron, for that matter. And that brings us to prior earnings by bargirls, payable by bank transfer. Why aren't those taxable income? -

Methinks when the tax man or a bank asks if and where you're a tax resident, the question always refers to previous tax years. Otherwise the question cannot yet be answered. -

Personal Chef in Pattaya
Let's not mistreat Elizabeth with our usual misogyny and bigotry. Seems to be a good chef who stumbled into this snake pit quite by accident. She's been pointed to more helpful venues and will be on her way. The thread should be closed before the trolls really get going.- 1

I'n a bit more optimistic in that, but I do see your point. I think the TRD will recognize these accounts as self-directed pensions and that any income within the account isn't taxable. only distributions.- 1

Must Read Large-Scale Search Underway for Missing Belgian Tourist
Sad, and wrong to speculate ... but reviews from this time last year on www.alltrails.com would suggest its quite a dangerous hike. And more so in rainy season. RiP. -

Thailand Visa Exemption (60 days) and Visa On Arrival (VOA) (15 days)
Hi, is it true that if you enter Thailand by land (Chiang Khong) with the 60-days exempt and then extend another 30 days, that after that you have to fly out, and can't just cross the land border again and cross back in after two days and start again with another 60-days+ extendable exemption? Many thanks!
