Will pepper spray stop dog attacks
Pepper spray is effective if you can get it in their eyes, nose, or mouth. What's even more effective it's simple insect spray, they absolutely hate it, but it's a little bit more unwieldy to carry around a can of insect spray! I realize that. Baseball bats work well too. -

Latest carmaker to scale back its EV ambitions amid slowing sales
Chinese EV manufacturers are facing trade protection measures from European countries, who have erected a tariff wall as high as 38% for imports from China, and Thai automakers should take advantage of the situation, SAIC Motor-CP executive vice president Suroj Sangsnit said on Friday. He said the high tariff wall, as well as the requirement to reveal all technology used in the products in import documents, have forced Chinese automakers to establish manufacturing bases overseas instead. Thailand can use this chance to become a manufacturing base for Chinese EVs to export to Europe, he said, adding that to circumvent the EU trade protection measures, Chinese EVs manufactured in Thailand must contain over 40% locally made parts, so they can be considered as “originated from Thailand”. “Thailand never exports automobiles to Europe, as there has been no trade agreement between the two regions,” he said. “It is estimated that Thailand will face import duties of 10-20% if it starts exporting EVs to Europe.” https://www.nationthailand.com/business/automobile/40040855 The 40% local content is only one of the EU requirments others are has there been forced or slave labour used in the manufacture or any parts have any subsidy been applied as part of the vehicle manufacture or any parts Starting from 18th February 2025 as part of the Battery Regulation Provide a carbon footprint declaration which must be verified by a third party notified body https://www.eura-ag.com/en/blog/eu-battery-regulation-guide-to-calculating-the-co2-footprint not straight forward exporting cars to Europe -

Extension of stay based on current ext. Thai wife to retirement
I highly recommend it, it's incredibly easy to switch, and the requirements for the retirement visa, other than the additional funds in the bank are very low. It is infinitely easier to renew every year. I was on the marriage visa for a while and I got so sick of trying to prove that I was married every year, and jumping over all the hurdles that they set up that are completely absent with the retirement Visa. I realized that I was really getting sick and tired of certain aspects of living in Thailand, and one of the biggest ones was dealing with immigration. I no longer have that annoyance in my life Go for it you will never regret it. -

Thai man condemned for using free cafe WiFi to watch porn - video
Definitely 'starer beware'... Its common decency not to stare... There is a difference between a momentary glance that many of us males find unavoidable vs staring and making the other party feel extremely vulnerable and uncomfortable to the extent that legal proceedings are taken. The law clearly deals with the latter, though I do agree with your implied sentiment that dangerous precedent is being set when someone can go to prison for staring. There needs to be safeguards in place for both the victims of such harassment, but also to ensure those safeguards are not abused. From your link: That wasn't a casual glance at an attractive female. -
