She is a typical lawyer. Law is just reading and English. On finance she is clueless. On military she has no idea. The laugh covers for her lack of knowledge. 3.5 years hiding behind Biden and msm.

Law is reading and English, but it is a lot more than that, particularly for corporate lawyers, but Harris was just a criminal trial lawyer, so indeed one would not expect her to be highly knowledgeable on finance.  

 

She does seem squirmy and uncomfortable when she uses that laugh.
