Rule change at Jomtien immigration for extensions by condo owners
Can't see if you're a foreign condo owner how providing a TM30, a copy of the blue book (which would be blank seeing as foreigners can't have their name IN a blue house book) and a copy of the front/back of the chanote <- which WOULD show the foreigners name on it are all that invasive and/or difficult to produce.. 😕 Foreigners that rent are routinely asked to provide TM30, rental contract, thai owners i/d, blue book when getting a yearly extension so if you own a condo as a foreigner stands to reason you'd show something more substantial than just a TM30. Remember the documentation you provide on the TM30 online system is only to create an account and add an address, NOT to file a TM30 on someone- 1

Urgent help! Passport Almost Out – Best Way to Do Nong Khai-Laos Border Run With Agency
The real questions are : What do you mean by the statement my passport is running out of days? Do you mean you're current stamp is running out? OR Do you mean your passport is expiring soon? Another question is WHERE are you in thailand? If you're in Bangkok there are border bounce services that take you to the borders in Lao and back SWD Transport is one (www.thaivisaservice.com) If you have an extensive entry/stay history you are unlikely to bounce yourself out/back at the Nong Khai border without either being told to stay IN Lao 2 days or so OR being told you can leave but have to fly back in <- which again, with an extensive entry/stay history (especially if it's free stamp visa exempt entry) can come with it's own set of problems
