Not surprising considering they are probably liberals, that just give lip service to stopping the criminal invasion.

 

So much for those that say the boats can't be stopped. Repeat that a few times and no one will be paying criminal gangs to transport them any more.

 

In better news, the potential criminal illegal immigrants apparently ended up in Morocco, and were not given a free ride to Spain. Perhaps the coast guard should have given the boat driver a free ride to a lengthy prison sentence in a Spanish prison.

Strangely, it seems as though conflict and persecution only apply to fit young men.

 

Western countries are not responsible if the countries they are "fleeing from", apparently with enough money to pay criminals to transport them, have become economic disasters full of criminals. The west is not obliged to give a job to every person that feels hard done by in their own country. Most already have visas for those that want to work, and then go home.

It does not appear that the Police vessel deliberately 'slices through' the migrant boat... 

 

It appears that the Police vessel was 'blocking' the migrant boat and the migrant boat pulled turned across the bow of the Police vessel... the rest was unavoidable. 

 

Strong Policing such as this is necessary - it is the 'softness' which has enable such situations to escalate to the current levels - in effect, soft policing (and policy making) has created the very need for an extreme response.
