Donald Trump's diet
There is an article in The Daily Beast today in which RFK Junior describes Donald Trump's diet as 'poison.' He says he lives on junk food and Diet Coke and that he has never seen him drink a glass of water. How does an overweight 78-year-oild man eat like that and yet work a ten- or twelve-hour day seven days a week? Is every meal accompanied by a handful of pills? It reminds me of Morgan Spurlock's film 'Super Size Me,' in which he lived for a month on hamburgers and fries - and died at the age of 53. That someone can eat like that amazes me. -

Overloaded Pickup Truck Flips backwards on Koh Phangan Hill, Two Injured
In an incident on Koh Phangan, an overloaded pickup truck carrying a heavy load of trees overturned while attempting to climb a steep hill. Rescue services from the Koh Pha Ngan Rescue Centre received an emergency call reporting the incident. Initial reports indicate that the pickup truck, heavily laden with trees, struggled to ascend the incline due to the excessive weight. The lack of momentum led to a complete loss of control, and the vehicle rolled backwards, before ultimately flipping over and coming to rest upside down. Witnesses at the scene described the incident as “frightening,” with the truck flipping through the air before crashing back off the side of the road. Rescue personnel promptly arrived at the site and found two injured occupants trapped inside the overturned vehicle. They worked quickly to extricate the victims, providing immediate first aid before transporting them to a nearby hospital. Medical staff have since confirmed that the injuries sustained by both individuals are not serious.. Local authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, focusing on whether safety regulations were violated due to the truck’s excessive load. Heavy cargo is known to place additional strain on vehicles, especially on the island’s steep and winding roads. Officials are considering implementing stricter enforcement on weight limits for vehicles transporting goods across Koh Phangan to prevent similar incidents. I absolutely love to drive, living in Thailand, I hate it. Lets not even get into walking in BKK, which is not even remotely safe, God forbid you are disabled (wheelchair/blind). When it comes to airports, I just want a quick in and out, and as uncomplicated as possible. I also want quick access to good food and quiet sitting areas and clean/abundant bathrooms when waiting for my flight(s). -
