AGODA (again)
I tried to book a hotel with AGODA, and after doing the payment (QR-Code) everything seemed to be fine. I received a lot of emails from AGODA about my booking, my payment, etc. which all was accepted. But in the late evening, I received again an email from AGODA that my reservation was cancelled due to a banking error. I checked my bank payment again, and the correct sum was deducted from my bank account and transferred to AGODA. I tried to contact them, but there was no way to get in touch with AGODA. As it is weekend, and Monday I will be travelling, I will not be able to contact my bank before Tuesday. That's the second time that a fully correct booking is CANCELLED by AGODA and I will not use them anymore. But I would like to have a full refund of my payment. Anybody had any luck with that? -

New passport - Are Non O and extension stamps xfers needed if I intend to leave thailand?
No. But I have entered on a new passport with no stamps. All stamps - Non-O, extension and re-entry - were in the old passport (got the stamps transferrred later). Leaving will be no trouble at all for you - just show both passports. -

New passport - Are Non O and extension stamps xfers needed if I intend to leave thailand?
Have you done this before. Exited with a brand new passport, no stamps and showed immigration the voided passport with the stamps. Sorry, just want to make sure folks are giving me information out of experience or had read enough posts to be sure this would be OK. I could just wait and get a new passport in the states but I figure why not do it here .. the embassy is not far from where I live etc. This also affords me the flexibility to go to another country if I decide to.. when I leave my old passport will have less than 6 months valid. So the only country I think I'll be eligible to go to on my current passport is my home country USA. -

Illegal Work: Russian Employer and Russian Electrician Arrested
did they get "the fund transaction"? than why that sucker "admitted hiring"? if I ask my beer-friend to set up the VCR, my lady friend to peel potatoes, or even better - to draw some pictures with my kid >>> is it "working ilegally"? However those "electricians" suxx~! A couple of "freelancers" were installing sound system in broad daylight in the disco bar at Koh Panghan while local [thai competitors] were watching. Only one (1) call would bring wrath of tourist police on their heads, yet they didn't mind. Like a little children indeed! Natural selection at work. -

Trump: “There Will Be No Third Debate!”
In your own honest words, I’d like to know a substantive explanation as to why you seriously think Trump would make a good president for the next 4 years. Are you able to provide that? I promise not to attack or judge your answer. I’m only looking for an honest and logical view point for my own better understanding. -

Just show both passports on exit. No problem or trouble at all. No repercussions. -

Here is a good article. It's been happening for years. This was six years ago. It's worse now. https://mythailand.blog/2018/03/05/chiang-mai-paradise-lost/ -

Marjorie Taylor Greene Criticizes Laura Loomer for Racist Comments About Kamala Harris
Apparently, the convicted felon fraudster likes Loomer's BJs. I guess we will be subjected to stories about that for awhile now. Of course, MAGA will just shrug it off as usual and pretend that's what Jesus would do. -

Is the Tax compliance going to be linked to Visa issuance ?
Neither the specific purpose of the gift (it would actually negate the required terms) nor the occasion for the gift are required between spouses. if you PM me I can give a recommendation -

Who is the CIA FBI
CIA agents are like boy band members compared to what we have here at the farm in NK. you don't see our agents portrayed in movies for a good reason. -

New passport - Are Non O and extension stamps xfers needed if I intend to leave thailand?
I want to get a new passport in October. Just do the business before I leave Thailand. Why not. It expires middle of next year. I plan to leave Thailand beginning of 2025 a week before my extension of stay expires. I currently have a Non O retirement with 1 year extension but do not intend to extend and will leave the country. Question: Will there be any hassle at the airport if I just show them both my new passport and old one with the entry/exit stamps, re-entry permit and Non-O visa? Or will I have to go through the hassle of a visit to Change Wattana Division one and getting all thoses stamps transfered to my new passport even though i will be leaving the country before my extension expires? Perhaps a unique situation but please only experienced feedback or replies. since I do not intend to renew my extension of stay and will leave the country I can't see why they would need to see the stamps transferred into the new passport to leave the country. I figure they'd want to would just put an exit stamp in my new passport. But who knows.. this is Thailand know. I don't want to get fined at the airport or detained etc.. and pay some exorbitant fees to solve whatever they have a problem with there.
