A foreign man, aged between 40 and 50, was found dead after falling from a 22-story condominium in Jomtien, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi.

The incident occurred at approximately 03:40 when the man's naked body plunged from the high-rise building, striking a parked black sedan in the condo's parking lot. The impact shattered the car's windshield and dented the hood. His lifeless body was discovered lying in a pool of blood next to another vehicle.

Police Lieutenant Buddhark Sornkhamhan of Pattaya City Police Station received the report and quickly arrived on the scene with local rescue teams. Despite the discovery, neither security personnel nor employees at the condominium could identify the deceased or confirm from which floor he had fallen.

A security guard at the condo recounted hearing a loud noise while conversing with colleagues. Initially, they believed it to be a transformer explosion, but upon inspection, they noticed the emergency lights on the sedan flashing. Upon closer inspection, they discovered the body of the man who had fallen onto the car, and immediately contacted authorities.

Investigators are working to determine the exact cause of death, while forensic teams from Chonburi's District 2 Police Department are gathering evidence. The identity of the man and the circumstances leading to the tragic fall remain unclear, pending further investigation and notification of the deceased's relatives.
