How do you pay?
I pay for just about anything using the seller's QR code. At 7/11 I use True Money wallet, and for small items like a bottle of water I carry some coins. My foreign cc only for car rental, and my Thai dc for many online items. Money for my gf I transfer using the bank app. -

But that's the existence of a building. For issues requiring intelligence, investigation and facts and evidence I'll go with those with a reputation - established media backed up with evidence - not youtube guy saying what he thinks based on secret sources. By all means listen to the latter if you like but be very careful to draw conclusions based on your 'intelligence'. I hear people say the concept of needing fact checking is like a form of censorship - well that is a slippery slope to simply saying nothing can be proven so I'll believe what feels right. Pure Trumpism. Let's not talk about Trumps tacky comments and lies about the twin towers and 9/11 - that's a consistent theme of Trump but a different story. -

Is Thailand Value for money
If that is your opinion of food choices in Thailand then you are yet another member for whom I wonder why you are here. My spouse and I eat well here, and certainly better than what I was eating in America--which was mostly fast food when I ate out and tv dinners when I ate at home. We like to eat out here but he's a good cook and we also eat at home, as well, taking advantage of all the fresh fruit and vegetables available year-round. I'll take most of what we eat here over McDonald's any day. -

Bank App on phone most times (and more now 7-11 will accept it) but still tip in cash at restaurants. -

Incredible US banking ineptness
Wells Fargo was found guilty of doing exactly this. They were opening fake CC accounts, mortgages and car loans a few years back. Apparently they had some quota system in place and the staff and middle managers were all in on the ploy. During the big short leading up to 2008 in the US, tons of mortgages were issue with no back ground checks or documentation. Anything is possible if there's a will to do it. in this situation there may have been some type of data breach and scammers are involved. They could be linked to the account and use it to siphon off small amounts repeatedly. Under a certain threshold those charges are just written off and filed against their insurance. -

Switching from Non-B to Marriage or Retirement Visa?
I’ve been thinking, and now I’m wondering: due to my time constraints, would it be possible to first apply for an extension based on retirement (since it seems easier), and then switch to a marriage visa while on that extension? Also, are there any agencies or consultants who can assist with this process and provide guidance? Thanks again! -
