Evangelicals take heed!

Helene hit Trump strongholds in Georgia and North Carolina. It could swing the election.

Hurricane Helene hit especially hard in heavily Republican areas of Georgia and North Carolina — a fact that could work to Donald Trump’s disadvantage in the two swing states.

Research has shown that major disasters can influence both voter turnout and voter preference. And Helene has pushed this contest into novel territory: It’s the first catastrophic event in U.S. history to hit two critical swing states within six weeks of a presidential election, based on a POLITICO’s E&E News analysis of data compiled by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

So you believe in God? Good for you, so do I. But I do not think God had anything to do with the election. It seems that human nature is flawed and rather selfish. During a natural disaster people will seek help from the government regardless of how corrupt and socialist it is. Many people, after a disaster, will give up their moral fibers and vote for the socialist Democrats that will give them the hard earned money that good citizens pay in taxes. Many times after they receive this money they will feel remorse, possibly go to confession and confess their sin of voting Democrat to the Priest. It's a vicious circle in the US and why you see a diversity hire as the VP of the United States.

I thought you didn't believe in God.

In any event, even if God cared about humans ( why would God care about a bunch of warmongers intent on destroying the planet with pollution ) it's a stretch to believe that God takes sides in human affairs.
