Toppings for toast?
With my age of 78 I like to eat tasty quality AND healthy food. My weight is ok, same as LDL 99 or HDL 62. TG 114. Half of the year we stay in our beach house, so I can swim every day and use my bike or just walking in the sand, which is a good foot massage. -

The major downfall is the lack of a nearby major head trauma unit (or it was at the time), but although not mentioned, yes, lack of accommodations and infrastructure in general would probably still prohibit it. -

Thai Tourist Police Bolster Security for Upcoming High Season
Not sure how many countries even have a Tourist Police. Is it just a 'makework' organisation? In my limited experience with them they are very well resourced and very little used. I guess they may have some staff who can help with English speaking tourists. As more tourists are from Chinese, Indian and Arab countries has there been a change? Interested. -

you don't have to tell me. It's a total disaster and no I don't see them fixing this in any of our lifetimes. My only point is Chiang Mai is worse than the entire region because of normal city pollution. Other places like Chiang Dao and Phrao have worse smoke in the burning season but when that clears it's clean, unless a person is burning near you (which they probably area lol). -

Our refuse collection is excellent.....same day, same time every week......and the villagers still burn their rubbish every f*****g morning. -
