And BTW, if that's the real photos, nice do for a cop, IMO.

My wifes father was killed by a drunken police driver, lucky for her there were heaps of witnesses and my wife stood up to the police and they caved in and gave her 300,000 Bhat.

Not much and the cop got off.

I have no idea if that is the case here, but a stopped bike at night, on a dark road where one would not expect to see a bike stopped, would be difficult to see. Especially if there was no rear light.

Also where the driver was wearing tinted glasses.

Sad accident either way.

That's not just on the islands its everywhere even up in "Nakorn Nowhere " & it's purely because either they don't have/or want to spend the money on lightbulbs and just don't give a <deleted> as thais don't follow rules of the road so what you heard is cobblers
