How about having both at the same time.   The condo my wife and I have has both.

Sorry.

However, under the RULES of this Topic, any TV member here is allowed only an EITHER/OR choice.

One cannot have both, unfortunately.

Thank you for your kind understanding.

I suggest you buy two more condos, one with a quiet room, and another with a view.

Then, spend alternate days in each.

And then, after you have formed an opinion, share it with the forum.

Having lived in noisy and having lived in quiet, I prefer quiet with a view.

That is the opinion I share with the forum.

Speaking of quiet.   I went to the shooting range yesterday (my Sunday), which is out in an industrial area away from surrounding domiciles with noisy children, motorcycles, cars with loud exhausts etc.

Not much of a view but when no one was shooting, the only noise was the wind in the trees.   When there is no wind, nice and quiet.

When shooting at the range, always use a reliable backstop.

And, never fire straight up in the air.

20 foot tall berms for backstops.   If I fired straight up, I would miss my targets.

How important would it be for you to have either a Quiet Room or a Room With a View, if you had to choose between having one or the other?

Both, and I have both...

You cannot lay down rules on any topic even if you are the OP.

I suggest you lock yourself into your quiet room and stay quiet in future!

Saying both does rather defeat the whole idea of the thread.

It's OK.

If they REALLY want to have their Cake and Eat it....

Then who am I to stand in their way?
