Thailand to tax residents’ foreign income irrespective of remittance
There is no new rule making foreigners even get a tax ID. All hogwash. -

Thailand to tax residents’ foreign income irrespective of remittance
Very well said. People on here get lost in theoretical debate, one of the things forgotten is actually what a "remittance" really is. Essentially, it's a citizen ( in your example Thai) , working overseas and sending money back to their home country. We can argue black & blue about whether it includes a foreigner using an ATM , or their home country credit card, but these all pale in comparison to what a remittance 'really' is ( regardless of legal definition). In a developing country like Thailand, remittances play a huge part in the economy. -

Latest developments and discussion of recent events in the Ukraine War
World War III is good for America as long as it is not threatened and can ultimately remain on the sidelines and become the winner as the only undestroyed country. World War III is a war between NATO and Russia - so America will need to leave NATO at some point to remain on the sidelines. Otherwise, America will not be able to win such a war. Trump voiced the pretext for leaving - Europeans must pay for their security. -

Thailand to tax residents’ foreign income irrespective of remittance
To call a published rule of the TRD a rumour... I have heard of a rumour that drivers should stop at a red light. Just a rumour. Taxing people doesn't give the tax payer any rights at all, in any country. Example: Many slaves foreign workers in the middle east pay taxes there - that doesn't give them any rights. -

Yahya Sinwar’s Gambit: A Failed Attempt to Reshape the Middle East
Can you please teleport the evidence from the alternative universe you live in to prove your case? It seems very odd, though, that someone who campaigns on a platform of America First and sets himself firmly against foreign interventions, somehow will be able to dissuade other nations from engaging in warfare. Will he launch his formidable power of ridicule against them? -
