Not for me.  The pneumatic and hydraulics work like I'm a 20 year old.  Really - it has to do with your cardiovascular system.  If you have problems with the pneumatic and hydraulics "down there," you probably have problems with your ticker as well.  I used Viagra once for the hell of it when it first came out.  It just about ruptured the veins in my "friend."  And I only took 1/2 a dose.  Ain't never doing that again.  No need.
