California doctor claims spicy Thai dish left her with chemical burns
So why did she order spicy in the first place? If I order s[icy food I just have a small taste first. If it is too spicy for me then i will say so and leave the food. When comes the time to pay the bill, I would pay it in full and explain to the wait staff, that it was my problem for ordering it in the first place. That is the blessing or the curse, of being born with common sense. -

Doctors expensive
I agree with the OP, the cost of a doctors visit has increased hugely in the past three years. Plus each specialist has certain tests they feel obliged to perform which double their consultation fee. I saw a chest doctor last week, 700 of his fee, 400 for the x-ray, 250 to read the x-ray, 700 for the endoscope up the nose test. A simple consult turned out to be 2,400 by the time I was done, five years ago it would have been 1,000 max.. -

Why Kamala Harris was always destined to lose
The problem she had going in was she was a candidate that the DNC ruled out when it was primary time, tried to replace as VP for the second session and could not win an election unless it was a California no competition. She has no platform other than trump is a bad man. She also was in power when the country went to hell so she inherited Biden's issues. If she could answer questions with real substantial info, it would also help. Like an actual plan that had something other than word salad
