As a retired British Expat living in Thailand for over 20 years , I have many fond memories including the regular Friday night's at my local pub. One thing I use to look forward to was heading to my local Fish & Chip shop and buy Fish & Chips with Chip shop Curry Sauce . So I'm now looking to buy , hopefully authentic tasting Chip Shop Curry Sauce here in Thailand if possible.

So any one else a Chip Shop Curry Lover , if so where do you get it from .

.

Gravy??

From a can or jar?

Gravy granules?

Or make your own from scratch?

All this food is tasty no doubt...but don't forget to regularly check your cholesterol level if you consume fish chips on a regular basis.

I don't have a problem with that.  I have gorged myself on high cholesterol food and then had blood tests that showed very low bad cholesterol levels and good levels of good cholesterol.

I would like to try that chip shop curry with the fish and chips.  I have never heard of chip shop curry before this thread.
