This was brilliant, both strategically and  politically.

And illegal.

“This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule,” (FCC Commissioner) Carr wrote on X, responding to an Associated Press article about Harris’s appearance. The campaign kept the appearance a secret until hours before air.

Late in the game, the deadlock seems to have broken, as Kamala Harris has pulled ahead. Despite Trump's plan to declare himself as the winner on election night, no matter what, it will just become one more event where he makes a fool of himself.

Would you like to pick a time,I am running a book - no money involved, that would be wrong - but just for the fame and glory. I have selected 10.17 pm but other times are available!

Does anyone watch SNL any more?  I gave it up decades ago.

On the plus side, that's another lawsuit Trump can bring, against NBC's clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule.

That ought to be worth $100 mil if he can find the right venue.  Of course, he'll be too busy if he wins...

It's election interference. It should be worth about $10 billion.

"Do the networks have to give equal time? In a word, no."

You may be surprised to learn that retail establishments can now be open on Sundays as well.

You may want to take that up with the FCC Commissioner.

Great idea. I figure 11:47 PM, November 5. "It will be a landslide red wave all because of me, your favorite president and the greatest president in the history of America, the greatest. Thank you for making me Great Again (and keeping me out of jail)." DJT

Lots of young people in the 18-25 year old age bracket watch it. Old curmudgeons probably do not, as they're probably watching Silence of the Lambs or replays of the felon performing fellatio on a microphone.

The age to vote in the US is 18. The show is nationwide, even in Red States and Swing States.

Great move, Ms Harris! For the win!

The Liz Cheney thing has been debunked here, you were shown it to be out of context, yet youre still referencing now.

I'm saying he uttered the name of his opponent and used the word guns in the same paragraph. Spin this dog whistle anyway you like it but we know what he's saying. Yes, the precise words would not hold up as a direct provable threat to kill in a court of law but this is the court of public opinion. As far as I'm concerned, any reference to guns, shooting and opponents by a politician is a dog whistle to the kind of nut case who follow Trump around like a dog.

We already have Gabby Giffords and Paul Pelosi as victims of this very incitement.

Its not a dog whistle at all, it's proof the media can brainwash you so easily, you're already anti trump, they can say anything about him and you'll believe it hook, line and sinker. And people like you say trumpers are in a cult!!

The Liz Cheng suject is done, give it up

Was it not possible to avoid that kind of imagery and the resultant backlash? Should he have avoided it?
