I present to you Letitia James in full melt down, rambling incoherently. The looks on her face are priceless she can't believe Trump won.

She misused her position for political ends and has been taking bribes. Probably having problems with her sphincter muscle.

We've had to take the <deleted> from your lot for 4 years- it feels soooooooooo great to wake up on the first day of the fight back from woke liberalism.

MAGA, MAGA, MAGA.

Is it wrong to be so cheerful when half the voters in the US are crying?

Super weird since you are not American nor are you a resident.

You are in the cult of Trump and his personality disorder ??

Just STFU.   The Democrats are awful creatures.

STFU ?  Creatures? Democrats belong to a political party, not a species. You must try education, it makes life so much easier.

Why so angry? I don't take any of this seriously, governments come and go, the wealthy remain wealthy, debts rise higher, wars will always be fought, it's pointless to be emotionally invested as non of this will be important to you on your death bed, as an example....when Winston Churchill was dying, a man who lived a life full of excitement and great responsibility to a nation at war,  his last words were, "I'm so bored by it all".

REDUX posted October 1, 2024

Pre-Covid maybe 2019 I was in a BigC when I had a brief chat with an older Brit. He asked me what I thought of then President Trump. I said I didn't vote for him in 2016 and won't vote for him in 2020. But he IS the President for now and, wishing him any failure for political gain, is for fools. So I hope Trump is not again elected, but, if he is, I will just as above hope for the best for the country.

I freely admit that I wanted Kamala to win but hey ho, the voters have decided.

To ameliorate my disappointment I bet £1k on Trump to win at odds of 4/5. I've trousered the £1k and lumped the £800 winnings on Trump not seeing out the full term at odds of 5/2.

Thanks Donny .

Those who saved "Not My President" signs can bring them out again. One of the first things Hilary said after losing was "the resistance".  Who will lead the "resistance" now? My guess is  Kamala will go back to  Brentwood,  have long lunches at restaurants on San Vicente Boulevard boulevard and go shopping at Whole Foods with Dougie.

No, she will go on now to find another sugar daddy that can help her find work. She uses people to get advanced since the beginning of her career.

She even failed to thank those people who helped and supported her campaign.

That's usually a MAGA quality. The voters have held their noses and voted more for the GOP than for Trump in the belief that they will be better for the economy even though isolationism (seems to be the general direction) tends to damage competitiveness in the long run. Potty mouth will play golf and watch TV more than govern considering his past. One must admire his tenacity at 78, though it remains to be seen if he can last the full term. The red sweep was surprising but as one American theater critic said many years ago, " never underestimate the poor taste of the American public."

The fact that you lot don't seem to accept is that almost any other person could have won against Trump.

They picked Harris for reasons I will not post on here, but she is worse than HRC, and that's saying something. They could probably have won with Newsome over Trump, but put someone so bad into it, that not enough were able to hold their noses and vote for her. She probably lost millions of votes because she wouldn't say that she would stop the genocide in Gaza. Loads of Arabs voted for Trump or an alternative or didn't vote because they see she is a warmonger colluding in ethnic cleansing.

I think you miss the point of what Churchill was saying. I had a similar life full of adventure, but ended up living a boring life ( why else would I be on here? ), and have no problem leaving it behind. His "all" would apply to his present circumstances, and not his life prior.

Strange, that there are still those who want to claim that Trump is a Conservative. He actively caters to that group but shares none of their core values. For him, it is all about power and revenge.

Well, he's got the power, so his enemies better be afraid.

The mental contortions you guys go through to make excuses for your rotten candidate are amazing. Can't you just accept she was a very bad candidate and loads of people couldn't stomach the idea of having her cackling in the W H for 4 years.
