Some good ideas here. As an older guy, for longevity, vitality, stamina and endurance, I buy here in bulk and take a blend we make and recommend.. Non essential Amino acids: Citrulline, Taurine, Glysine, NAC (N-Acetylcysteine), L-Arginine, L-serine, Creatine and Ascorbic Acid. All of them, about 2gms of each, mixed in drink, preferably Kombucha. Also recommend about 500mgs of NMN or 50mgs of NMNH for NAD+ boost. The right form of Magnesium, 350 - 400mgs and time release melatonin, 5mgs at night. Also we make a blend of local grown medicinal mushroom powder, Lions Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps blend.. If you can find or source it, Rapamycin (Sirolimus) 5mgs once a week. if you can find it in the markets here, eat fresh or Concentrate Gotakola, also called Pennywort, Centella Asiatica, called 08AGTLF . Also Epitalon 100mgs, 10mgs a day, for 10 days, subcutaneous injections, twice a year. Also recommend, D3 10,000 IU's (only 250 mcg) and K-2, Omega-3 (made from Algae for vegetarians) and once every few days, 5000 mcg of the Methyl form of B12

Please Google each of these for more understanding.. Good Health!

Holy Crap ... you might try just eating food.   I'm imagining a plate of food to you is 10 supplements on a dish :cheesy:

Why you taking Rapamycin (Sirolimus), have you had an organ transplant or a stent placed in you.

I take 1/2 a multi vit, since have too much of some things in it.  Also take ...

... about 5gr of Creatine, with my kefir smoothie

... only 100gr of COQ10

... and Magnesium Citrate

They're supplements, not a food source to live on.

Eating the most nutritious friendly foods, these are all supplements and enhancements.. Do some research on Rapamycin and you will learn what the latest research is, regarding it and longevity. It is used accepted and used in some hospitals for more than transplants...

Finding a good multi is helpful and important, a good start...

that's a lot of Creatine and can be hard on a sensitive Kidney. Test your levels sometimes..

Recommend you find and take Ubiquinol, instead of COQ10, it's more effective and concentrated..

That form of Magnesium can cause stomach problems, such as diarrhea. Try the Glycinate or Thionate versions, but if taking Glycine, no need.. Take the medicinal 'shrooms with tea or coffee, in water or in soup, or in your smoothie with the other aminos. Just 3 tablespoons of slightly sour powder. Not many pills... No need for most of this if you aren't a senior.

5g of Creatine would be most I take, more like 3g.  See more than a few recommend 5g & up.

Don't take any supplements on weekend (sat / sun) to allow any excesses to be used up, though doubt is having any.

Kidneys are fine, as my GP is a nephrologist, and been tested, even a CT Scan of whole abdominal area, and said I'm operating at 80%, and normal for someone my age (70).

Magnesium Citrate works good for me and no issues.  Was even hoping for some of that diarrhea, as constipation use to be a bit of a problem, before going on a Keto-ish diet.  Cutting all those carbs (non digested fiber) really made a difference ... smooth sailing now :coffee1:

Contrary to all medical advice of 'eating more fiber' :cheesy:

After getting off the 'pushed' food pyramid, the past 2 ish yrs, and all the BS we've been fed all my life, I feel so much better, healthier, and my blood work #s agree.
