UK Pensioners in Thailand Face New Scrutiny Over Pension Fraud

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Watching YouTube vids last night, one came up on what is going to happen from January 2025 regarding the fraud and the pension 'benefit'. So I watched it and was taken aback by what is REALLY going to happen that will affect ALL pensioners wherever you reside, including the UK.

Take too long to go through it on here, you must watch and listen to every word till the end of the vid.

Later another vid came up on the same subject, I watched it, more or less the same contact, then another, same, all confirming what is going to happen, and one thing is clear, those claiming the full pension and living in LOS will have something to worry about.

Pensioners in the UK will get letters with forms to fill in, phone numbers, addresses, bank account etc details. Bank statements, to look at where payments are going over periods, payments for normal living in the UK.

The bloke on here who keeps making stories up will soon be riding off into the sun-set, as what the Gov is now going to do, will bury him...

I have said for years on here, one day the dots will line up, for sure this is the first major step.....😱

Only relevant to pensioners claiming means tested benefits.

For those only claiming State Pension where no yearly information submissions are required, and your only claim is made at the start of your pension entitlement age, it's not relevant.

It's also not relevant to those on means tested benefits that take all their pension out of their bank account every 4 weeks. If you pay cash for everything, there's not that much data on your monthly 'outgoings' for them to collect and examine.

But I'd be interested in knowing what means tested benefits you claim, as it seems to be of great concern to you ....... I hope you're not on the fiddle!

In Canada customs and border agency is linked to revenue agency. They know exactly when you left and how long have you been out.

Nothing like this exists in UK? No wonder UK is a country of choice for Mahmood and Patel.

They are screwing Pattaya prostitutes with government money.

It's unclear what entry/exit information the UK government currently record, but if you left the UK more than 5-10 years back they had nothing.

It's only frozen when you're found, or you've declared, to have moved abroad to live in a non-reciprocating country. Exactly what percentage of pensioners this represents I have no idea, and in any case, would not be very reliable for obvious reasons.

Why do some feel compelled to deviate from the point being made.

When it all started there were no pensions paid overseas so there was no frozen aspect.

When reciprocal arrangements were introduced it was pure discrimination but at that point in time the government gave no consideration to discrimination.

Gay men were being put in prison, terms like "nixxers" and "quxxrs" were in common use and Robertsons had a "Goxxy" on the jam, pension discrimination never got a second thought.

Other issues have been addressed over time but he government only bows to domestic public opinion, mention "trans" and they all jump, unfortunately the very nature of the frozen pension issue it is a case of out of sight, out of mind.

I can just see Tranny searching youtube or any other site for anything to try and justify his nonsense, he's already tried everything and is now clutching at straws. It reeks of jealousy, as you say it's nothing to do with pensions and all to do with other add on benefits, but of course he'll be replying with more nonsense.
