The State Pension comes with a transfer code, something like this

????? / DWP / ??????

Anyone who is getting the State Pension paid to a UK account,  the new changes will allow the DWP to look into your account.

I wonder what will happen, when the look at an account, see multiple transfers out via wise or similar and no UK Transactional data, like the use of a debit card in the UK.

The ' Stop Payment ' button will be smacked and a letter will be sent out telling you your pension has been stopped and you have an interview in 2 days time to explain why it should be ' Unstopped '

Guess what is going to happen when you miss that interview ?

Found this ,think a tad more informative than  you   . On yer bike as the saying goes  and with a smacked arse it will be painful to say the least

but dwp regulations state non sanctionable

You're correct. Some benefits, like Attendance Allowance (AA),  OAP are considered non-sanctionable. This means that even if there is an issue with your claim, your benefit won't be reduced or stopped as a penalty1. However, advisable l to report any changes in your circumstances to avoid potential underpayments or complications. Could well be frozen if you so wish

Would you like more information on how to report your travel plans to the DWP to ensure your benefit continues smoothly?

Not very often you see something in the Guardian worth posting. This 100 year old woman is on a frozen pension of 72.50 a week. Meeting the pensions minister, which will be a waste of time

Frozen pensions abroad: UK war veteran says she lost out on £50,000

Anne Puckridge is among half a million pensioners living abroad missing out on state pension increases

They have already stated that when the law is passed, if it is, they will not be looking at accounts unless you are receiving other benefits like pension credits etc which are means tested.
