IMO he still has that, if not his former speed and stamina. Tyson probably still has about 90% of his punching power. So I think we can assume that Paul will never have been hit this hard by anything in the past on any part of his body. On the other hand, Tyson has lots of experience being hit really hard. And Paul's punching power isn't phenomenal. So I don't see how Paul could ever knock out Tyson unless Tyson got into real trouble, which also seems very unlikely. Speed and stamina might be more of the issue though as you said. We've seen a lot of recent videos showing Tyson training and he looks to still have fantastic speed. But those are only 2 to 3 second clips. So it's hard to know how long Tyson can really keep that up for in a real fight. Most of the knockouts Paul has had against other opponents have been with haymakers. I think even with a slowed down version of Tyson, he is still too fast to be caught out by a haymaker.

That was only an exhibition fight, and there were rules about not being able to knock the other opponent out. So Tyson was just going through the motions in that fight and probably didn't even train much for it. It's hard to say, but I'm not sure if you can use that fight as an example of what Tyson will look like in the ring against Paul. We could see a different version of Tyson today, one that is bigger, stronger and faster than the version you saw fighting against Jones.
jvs Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago I hope for the sake of boxing Tyson wins,it would be unfair if an outsider with a big mouth wins. 1

marin Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago The broadcast is perfect HD. Happy, now my Warrior game is not as good
Hummin Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Normally when I'm waiting for a big boxing match, I have expectations and also a little bit exited, but this time, nada nix nothing, just waiting for the game start. Best wishful ending, Mike knocks him out with one single punch, I do not want to see 8 rounds clinching, or Mike getting beaten up in a bad staged show game dictated by money
Keeps Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Anyone know the expected start time (Thai) for the fight? The Taylor v Serrano fight is underway. Just noticed that the Paul v Tyson fight is 8 x 2 minute rounds with the 14oz gloves on.
spidermike007 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Jake, you're forgetting something, you're a social media sensation, and you're obviously a clever guy. You've duped a lot of people into liking you and following you and you've made a fortune off that, but you're not a great boxer, you're not even a very good boxer, and you're certainly not an elite boxer, as you've never beaten anyone serious. So hopefully this fight will teach you a great deal of humility, which you need to a dramatic degree.

Keeps Posted 56 minutes ago Posted 56 minutes ago Just now, CallumWK said: So another arranged show fight It's got a 'friendly' draw written all over it. Then they can go again for vast amounts of money. Might try and get a few quid on the draw. Think it was trading around 10/1.

I really wonder why anyone is still interested in those Jake Paul fights, since each one has been only a show and pocket filler for him.
