Russia hasn't been able to win a war even against Ukraine. Let alone the USA and the whole of NATO.

Trump just wants the fighting to end, and he seems to want to cut US ties with NATO, so maybe the continental USA might not be an immediate target.  Anyway, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near Europe right now.

Trump does not want cut ties with NATO. What has Trump said or done that would lead you to belies that? 

 

Trump wants NATO members to pull their weight, this has been his position since at least  2016
