With no due respect that is dumb.

A person's political ideology and their gender identity.are separate matters

I do understand the Trumpist efforts to associate support of him with toxic masculinity though.

The term "Gender Identity" is a made up Leftist construct designed to undermine American society, which is deemed by them to be "bourgeoise" as well as racist and expolitive ab initio. American Society must be disrupted for the revolution to succeeed.

The term "toxic masculinity" is a made up Leftist construct to perpetuate the falsehood that traditional American manly virtues such as strength, forbearance, heroism and love of competition, and by extension, patriotism, are "unhealthy".

Neither of these terms have any meaning other than as propaganda from sloganeering Leftist cadre. Any use of the terms should immediately alert you of the intellectual insufficiency of the argument in which they are used.

No, that's only what is presented in the daily rags.

But behind the scenes, it doesn't work that way.

Not sure why they do that. Maybe they don't have much respect for the average voter so they just feed them bread and circuses.

Again, I'm not sure any average person knows what Trump will do or what Harris would have done.

But keep arguing if it makes you feel better.

Also, if you put a gun to most people's heads, they wouldn't know where to begin on how to run a country.

Still, my point is, what he says, and what he do, that's the game.

It is either the game of the camels, how many you can swallow, or how long you have to bend over.

I would suggest that the reason the media do this is to circumvent any real discussion of policys that matter.  :jap:

It seems that Trump is still living in the minds of those whose candidate lost in an overwhelming landslide. The American voters made a clear choice to vote for a major change in America and that choice was Donald Trump. Now comparing this to Hungary is a total fallacy and dilutional but this is to be expected from the left. I really enjoy watching the left get all worked up and in a frenzy, it makes my day.

Red America.webp

Even Putin and Kom as well Saddam had better results than Trump, sad, really sad 😉

Thats a perfect example of the snide propaganda the Left and their cadres use. Couple Trumps name with two vicious dictators, wink wink.

However, watch them scream when they are reminded of documented murderousness of their ideology.

You mean as opposed to a brain dead socialist ? Things are looking up in my opinion.

People moaning should start thinking that they are in a MINORITY , not the majority, YOU are out of touch with the majority now !

What are you trying to imply? It sounds like you are saying that people in opposition to those in power have no rights of criticism or dissent.

That is the case in places like Russia now but hopefully Americans can prevent things getting that bad.

Of course I don't agree that Harris is a socialist but that's not the topic here.

I do appreciate that Americans have a binary choice in presidential elections though.

A joke, is only as good if it's mange to offend someone, and that map looks like any other totalitarian state would manage to produce.

Actually funny the colour is red, which useally in normal countries is considered as socialist colour

Yep. Except our media created the colours. But you knew that, being so well versed in American culture.

But you are right about red being the Socialist colour, look at the flag of the National Socialists.

Blue is the color of a naughty child having a temper tantrum, holding his/her/their/them's/those's/skley's breath when he/she/they/thine/skly doesn't get what he/she/they/thine/skly wants, but passing out in a pool of his/her/their/them's/those's/skley's own urine.

What's funny is when he/she/they/thine/skly posts it on Tiktok for all the world to see.

Dude, you really need to get a life, away from Trump.

You are comparing a career politician, presently the longest running PM, and at that one position, for 14 years.

Apples & oranges beyond belief.  USA president, 2 terms at the most, which very few serve.  That's why Yanks have term limits.  Unfortunately, it doesn't extend to Congress.

His last term, if he finishes, as he'll be 82, and done with politics.   Wasn't into politics before the first term, and didn't change much.  A few SCOTUS appointments, but no different if it would have been another Rep in office.

He's one person, and as seen, Congress has to agree with anything he does, or he can try to lead by 'executive orders', which have expiration dates, or simply voided by the next administration.

Unless re-elected (not in his case again), and sadly it does happen, but idiot presidents only serve 1 administration of 4 years, which you know, so really can't change much.

You know all this, so why do you persist with your silliness ?

trump quoted Orban as an admirer in one of his last speeches prior to election. Vance is an admirer of Orban who could possible win the presidency in the next elections. There is a trend in place to destroy US institutions by trump / vance, need only to look no further than trump's nominees for Cabinet positions. To be complacent concerning the treat the trump administration represents to Western democracy is, in my opinion, a grave error of judgement.

I'm still not a Trump voter or enthusiast. But if he can do something to turn the US back towards an Eisenhower type America, I'm all for it.

Yes Ike had his racist Project Wetback but overall I see him as an honorable and decent man and also a war hero.

Trump the polar opposite.

He can do no worse than Johnson, Nixon, Carter, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama or Biden.  Didn't start any wars in his first administration, and probably a first in this century.

How about y'all wait till he & cabinet fails, before passing judgement.  That he's thinking outside the DC box, I'm hoping (though don't care), that it's no longer a continuation of the same same politics it's been, since I've been an adult, and most have fail the citizens of the USA miserably, to the point of damn embarrassing.

That the deep state hates him and MSM has nothing good to say about him is all pluses wih me

Tell us what "US Institutions" are being "destroyed"? Tell us which Cabinet positions are evidence of that, and what exactly is the plan? Tell us what the limits of Presidential authority are over the exectutive branch.

Are you referring to the Department of Education? Please tell me what portion of the US Constitution mandates the Department of Education? Tell us what the Department of Education does.

The FBI? Please tell us whether you beleive that the FBI has ever violated the civil rights of Americans? How about the actions of the FBI and the Department of Justice in the Bulger and Scarpa cases?

By the way tell us what Orban has done to "destroy" democracy. You speak Hungarian, correct?

I think of the Ike-JFK years as the apex of American civilization. Everything was going in the right direction, investments made for the future, foresight, strength married to humility. There was enough momentum to keep things going until throughout 1965. After that, it's all been downhill, as far as I'm concerned, as the LBJ-Nixon years began a decline that has never been checked seriously. I don't know where Trump is taking us. I just know I want to alter the present course America is on.

Survivor of Orbán’s 'autocracy' reveals 'key lesson' Dems need to learn to fight back

In an essay for Politico, former Hungarian MP Gábor Scheiring noted that there are numerous similarities between Orbán and Trump.

Not a DIRECT democracy.

But certainly the founders intention wasn't an autocracy or an imperial Dictator/King type of presidency.

I see you like to get your talking points from the view.

This is by far one of the dumbest comments ever on this forum. The woman did 2 tours in war for her country. Spent many years in Congress. And of course up until 2022 she was a Democrat.

Strange that. She is a putin  lover but she came from the left. Makes your whole theory so complicated.

Hummin,

Is it my imagination or are you becoming an angrier person?

Coincides with you leaving Thailand?

Maybe you need some Thai beaches, man.
