In the end, the blob/ deep state/ mic had nothing. They put Harris up so her handlers still had the 90M. They turned the disinformation, lies and hate up to 11 and dared the public to vote for sanity .. oh, I mean *literally Hitler*

Despite such horrible education, Americans are not that stupid .. not yet.

Jack Smith knows that he'll be fired in disgrace if he doesn't stop his lawfare. BUT NOTE! He has left the door open to revive the case in 2029 by not dismissing the case "with prejudice". These Democrat-Marxists are evil people.

He can leave it is open until the cows come home. The problem he had was that with the new AG, he was without a net and had no backing for a case.  Also, at this stage, the DNC has to be careful because there is enough that the AG could go after Biden and many in the DOJ.

remember senile Joe was caught with papers siting in his garage unprotectd

Hard to believe this conman will evade prison. He's just a crim with a fancy suit on laughing at the justice system. He wins again... Daft Americans who voted him in.

Jack Smith was appointed, not elected

Jack used the Constitution to bow out of lawfare that some Constitutional experts said he & his   handlers (Garland) ignored by not getting approval by the Senate .

Jack wasn’t approved, therefore everything was essentially, election interference and his appointment was illegitimate.

That being said , Anything that gave birth to his persecution , courts, Judges, politicians, Doj employees should be held accountable!

Judge rules special counsel Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed

The US must be full of them going by your statement, and then there are others who constantly claim the US is the most developed country and the world leader.

Scary stuff

The people who cant describe a woman , who support they/ them pronouns and who are ok with men showering in the same locker rooms as

woman & girls are calling common sense Americans daft.

 Thats our modern day progressives

mentality.

Clinton got 43% of the vote and the media proclaimed he had a mandate for change

Here we go again, Trump 49.9%  Harris 48.3!

They lost!

Even when Trump wins by a landslide ( capturing all 7 swing states ) its just never good enough for the haters .

I said during the campaign that all charges will be dropped against Trump when he wins. Got the obligatory laughing emojis and to those who replied to my post with said emojis allow me to say this: I was RIGHT and you were WRONG. Basically the only thing I got wrong was the amount of electoral votes he would end up with. I underestimated that one. Time for the bib wearing, toddler tantrum throwing Harris loving losers to once again respond with the obligatory emojis or actually respond and spew out more anti-Trump rhetoric. Soooooooo predictable.

Yet he is guilty. Very, very guilty

This is utterly laughable.

They all get tossed on appeal as the charades they are. These cases would as well but as your legal eagle mind well knows of the recent supreme Court decision as well as standing constitutional precedent preclude a president from being tried. The cases were dropped, but would have been balanced on appeal without doubt - as the other dozen.

The very first thing that drew me to Trump was the sheer unfairness, dishonesty and using US legal system to repeatedly launch lawfare against Trump. If any of these charges were to stand the US is finished - nothing better than some despotic E European mafiadom like ... erm .. maybe .. Ukraine for instance

You're probably one of those genius that bought the faked up laptop, Steele dossier, etc rubbish.

Guilty. Only in a child's mind with warped parents.

Life ruining lawfare and you back it.

almost like Thailand, if you have big bucks, you are not guilty of any crime

It's a banana republic.

But then, I am sure that the people who voted for the criminal want it like that.

I just wonder what all the other criminals think. Probably their crimes were not big enough to get the same treatement.

Presidential protection during and after an election became law in the early 1800s.  The party out of power would go after the sitting President.  That is why protection is so strong.

Which lies were those? By all means elaborate. You prattle on ceaselessly about the most mundane topics. Please provide the forum your keen and expert legal mind.

Which 'lies' are you specifically discussing? Don't hold back now.

Trump is still eligible for prison in 2028 and charges can be filed again in the numerous cases where there is overwhelming evidence he broke the law, especially the classified documents case.

Trump for prison 2028!

The hate got so strong the opposition party took the initiative to act out vehemently  with no regard for America’s pass practice of not  persecuting a political opponent .

Dems tried taking him off the ballot in several states!

Dems made up charges as they went along , through their lawfare attempts in bookkeeping .

Dem prosecutors had meetings in  WH.

All of this happening after Biden told reporters that he was going to stop Trump in 2022 by using legitimate efforts through the Constitution. And when all failed he chastised the SCOTUS!
