Need company to renovate entire Pattaya Condo

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

My condo in central Pattaya (Soi 15, Urban) is now approaching 15 years old and I need to renovate.

I know I can get floors re-done by Home-pro along with bathrooms re-tiled, but can anyone recommend a company that can manage and complete the entire re-furb? I'd prefer to go away for a month and have it all done when I get back so not looking for cheapest option or having to supervise every day.

It's 100sqm, needs new kitchen, new vinyl floor planks, bathroom floor tiles and a full re-paint.

Any advice appreciated

Thank you for your advice,  oh yes I will stay and supervise also my foreman will be active on site. I will provide weekly report of progress with photos update. I am fluent English so we should not have any problem communicating.

That would be the worst thing you could do. You need to be around to check on the quality of work being done.

Respectfully suggest that you stay and supervise.....saving any possible heartache afterwards 👍

You have to stay as others have said, high chance of misunderstanding and they build something you didn't want

Yeah, I realise I have to stay to check work done, I was just hoping I didn't have too. I've bought 3 properties off the plan including this Condo so sort of looked at it like that where I just checked at the end if I could find a highly recommended contractor

DIY, is the best way.

But, ok if you can't do.

Who ever you chose to do the work.

only do it in stage payments. but can give 25% materials  cost after first 2 days of work.

Happy renovations, using local professionals :giggle:

I dont recommend you taking off for a month or two while the work gets done, be there every day and check, especially at the finishing stages, its a bit late to rectify something when its completed, by turning up even twice a day will save a lot of heartache and resentment later.
