Nissan has 12 to 14 Months to Survive
That's just part of it, as CN just puts out a better product. Even the legacy auto maker have CN build their cars for them, in some sort of partnership. Which are waning, as Chinese don't like losing money, and JP badged vehicles simply aren't selling and those lines are being shut down at a few factories. I think CN builds a good part of their vehicles on robotic production lines. Employee salaries aren't that important. -

Consumer injured by glass in spaghetti at Thai pizza chain
Photo courtesy of KhaoSod By Puntid Tantivangphaisal A shocking discovery of glass fragments in a dish of spaghetti at a popular pizza chain led to a consumer’s injury, sparking safety concerns. The incident, which occurred yesterday, November 28, has raised alarm among consumers and prompted discussions about food safety. A member of a consumer group shared their alarming experience online after unknowingly chewing on glass pieces in their meal. Initially mistaken for crispy bacon, the sharp fragments caused cuts to the mouth and hand upon removal. Unfortunately, some glass was swallowed, leading to fears of potential internal injuries. The victim recounted their ordeal, stating that they found the glass in spaghetti from a well-known pizza restaurant chain, commonly found in shopping malls. The size of the glass was described as being similar to a grain of rice. Despite the unpleasant incident, the individual expressed no intention to escalate the matter further, though they emphasised the need for improved hygiene and stricter measures against foreign objects in food to prevent future risks. “This is very dangerous if it causes internal injuries.” The restaurant has taken responsibility by waiving the cost of the meal and committing to covering any medical expenses if required. This response aims to reassure the affected customer and others who might be concerned about the safety of dining at this establishment, reported KhaoSod. Occurrences of foreign objects in food, though rare, can have severe implications for both consumers and businesses. They can cause physical harm and damage a brand’s reputation, leading to a loss of consumer trust. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and thorough quality control in food preparation and service. Food safety experts often advise consumers to be cautious and report any irregularities to ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly. Meanwhile, restaurants and food service providers are encouraged to implement rigorous checks to prevent such instances. Source: The Thaiger -- 2024-11-29 -
