Neo-Nazi with Arsenal Sentenced to a Decade in Prison for Plotting LGBT Attack
Alan Edward is described as a neo-Nazi due to his active promotion of neo-Nazi ideologies and associations with far-right extremist groups. He openly expressed beliefs in white supremacy, racism, antisemitism, and homophobia. His online activities included sharing content that denied the Holocaust and glorified Adolf Hitler. Additionally, Edward praised Anders Breivik, the Norwegian mass murderer, referring to him as “Saint Anders” in documents found on his computer. Edward’s involvement with extremist groups is further evidenced by his promotion of National Action, a banned far-right neo-Nazi organization in the UK. He posted videos of their rallies and invited others to support this proscribed group. Beyond his online activities, Edward amassed a significant cache of weapons at his home, including a crossbow, knives with Nazi insignia, machetes, and a samurai sword. He discussed plans to attack an LGBT group, stating in messages that “they will pay in blood” and suggesting, “We should get masked up and go do a few of them in at their little gay club.” -
