K bank E-mail with Tax Forms attached ?
Up to you, but I don't see much risk in ignoring this, and if it's really an issue, it will be up to them to bother you about the next time you have business at a branch. -

Family court procedure Chiang Mai
Hi, as I read many horror stories over the years I decided to still share in short how it went for me with family court as I was not married and for that reason not the legal father yet. This delayed me so far from obtaining my son his European nationality and passport as well since covid started to be an issue with immigration to do extensions (which wasn't the case until covid). We went to the family court itself to find an lawyer, it started with 50K baht and ended with only 10K baht from another lawyer down at the airport area (where he is based). We had an appointment for the court within 1.5 month after 2 days I hired him within weeks I needed to show up at juvenile jail for a 2 hour interview. The court hearing itself was only 5-10 minutes. In a month I can collect the document and then it's officially done. So it is not a nightmare, it is not that complicated, do keep in mind that in my case both parties agreed (mother and me). The irony is that there was another 2 people from EU, at the same court, in the same day. I noticed this by seeing 3 of EU passports at security. Not sure my lawyer did multiple people that day. -

How Has Thailand’s New Income Tax Law Affected Your Spending Habits?
If you ever visit Cambodia consider opening an account at a bank there, its really easy even on a tourist visa, then transfer money from your home country to the USD account (they will open you both a KHR and USD one) using a service such as Wise. Pull out the USD in cash and go to one of the many money changers over there to buy THB cash, from what I understand a lot of dirty money flows in that way so they are happy to sell that THB at a better rate than you will get in Thailand, then just bring it in here making sure you are under the limit that you have to declare to customs (currently USD $20,000 I think). Then you have THB cash here and Thailand has no record of it entering. I've done it twice already and it won't be the last time as its so close and not a bad place to visit. Just a thought. -

No need to have a Thai TIN or file here if you aren't remitting any funds. You may as well find out if the funds that you eventually remit are in a category that are Thai accessible. For example, for Americans only getting social security, there is no need ever get a Thai TIN or to file. To be clear the current CRS form does not require a TIN unless you are actually required to have one under Thai Revenue rules.
