Ireland’s Move at the ICJ Redefining The Meaning of Genocide to get a Conviction
Translation: The truth hurts and Im not smart enough to argue with you? Whats the matter Paddy? Got an inflated idea of your countries worth and its history with the Great Pirates that ruled you? Still fighting the Great Famine? Does it upset you that you are meaningless on the world stage and your economy is solely dependent as a tax haven for the USA? Guess the Israelis dont want anything to do with you either. -

Your house is my house!
That's the front, which has no view, and a bit too much traffic. Besides i need the privacy, since not a big fan of wearing clothes. Back yard sloped down a wee bit, and a view, sort of, other side of the seasonal stream, not visible through the trees & brush. Plenty of areas to sit, all without annoying in-laws or unwanted neighbors popping in at a whim 😎 No dog when living there ... Actually the wall was a plus, when sitting on front porch ... or in the AC, looking out .. -

K bank E-mail with Tax Forms attached ?
I'm not suggesting people to do it or not do it. But not getting the email might mean as I suspect in my case about the branch keying in an incorrect email when you opened the account as opposed to online banking where the email must be correct. I have decided to do the forms because UI wanted to understand exactly what's on them as I have three Thai bank accounts and I expect all Thai banks to do the same as Kbank sooner or later. As opposed to someday being required to signa document at a branch.to get needed business donu without understanding what I'm signing -

Welcome to "Off the Beaten Track"
Here's the issue though. If someone disagrees with a view or an opinion of others, especially if those ideas are not part of the "the commonly accepted narratives of everything" and are not sourced from "trusted media sources" , it's been pretty common to see those views discounted and disparaged by calling those who proffered the ideas in extremely negative terms, i.e., "trolls & crackpots," flat-earthers, wing-nuts, and far worse. It happens on this site often enough sadly. There are a sub-group of forum members who will regress to ad-hominid, personal character attacks, and the use of pejoratives and name-calling when they dispute an opinion of other members. Instead of debating the ideas, they chose to malign the author of the idea. So what some may call "trolls & crackpots" may be perfectly rational to myself and others like me. Disparaging other's ideas by calling them pejorative names isn't debate, it's an exercise in hostile rhetoric. I do hope this sub-forum isn't plagued by that right out of the gate. 😟 So here's an idea for moderation team - how about a rule that states, "No name calling in the 'Off The Beaten Track' sub-forum - debate the ideas, do not attack the author's character." Let's keep it civil. Debate is good! It has become a lost art. Do they even have "Debate Clubs" in schools anymore? I wonder? 🤔 -

Meeting Between Elon Musk and Reform UK Sparks Futher Speculation of $100 Million Donation
Check the current Government’s majority Parliament. I see you are not a fan of governments being voted into/out of office in elections. Sore loser perhaps. -

New Thai Police Chief Sets Bold Crime-Fighting Agenda
Let's wish him luck rather be cynical and sarcastic before he's even begun. Progress in these areas is difficult even for those with the best intentions. Remember he's going after a well entrenched status quo. As far as "land of the lawless", ever hear of a place called The United States?
