A 53-year-old woman lost her life after her motorcycle collided with two guideposts in the Bung Kla sub-district of Chaiyaphum province. The incident occurred around 13:20 on December 19, on a road near the village of Nong Chim, before reaching the Bung Kla Tambon Administration Organisation (TAO).

Police Lieutenant Colonel Chaiporn Phromsena, the investigating officer from Chaiyaphum City Police Station, received the report and rushed to the scene with medical staff from Chaiyaphum Hospital and the Sawan Kuntam rescue team.

At the site, authorities found the body of a woman lying in the middle of the road, covered in blood with a large head injury. She was identified as Mrs. Sairung, aged 53, from Moo 2, Bung Kla sub-district, Chaiyaphum. Nearby, investigators discovered her Honda Wave motorcycle, orange and black in color, with the license plate from Chaiyaphum.

Preliminary inquiries with family members revealed that Mrs. Sairung had been on her way to buy Thai rice noodles for her family’s lunch. Shortly after leaving home, a neighbour reported that she had been involved in a motorcycle crash. Authorities arrived at the scene but were unable to help her, as she was already deceased.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Chaiporn Phromsena recorded evidence at the scene and interviewed witnesses. After confirming there were no suspicions regarding the cause of death, the body was released to the family for religious rites.
