Pattaya bar girl scams 10 million baht from South Korean man

We all know the score and what they're like, and will lie about anything but i think it's takes quite a sick individual to say one of your family members is either sick or dead if they're fit and healthy.  I personally would never forgive myself if i said that and then they did get sick.  We all want money but they cross the line IMHO

I'd 2nd that.  I had a normal girl who had more men on the go than any BG.  Incredible.  Uni student who would put most bar girls to shame.       make any BG look like a nun compared to her

Uni girl, and how old are you ? She calls you daddy?

There are some women that are so skillful at the game of being a predator that men have to exercise extreme care. I know a massage gal who is quite hot she's not amazing but she's certainly attractive, and the last time we got together she told me a story of a Japanese guy that had flipped over her and though they only slept together once he spent about a million baht in gifts and prizes on her trying to convince her to be his woman. Now granted this is a massage gal that's probably been with 4000 guys, and was in her mid 30s, but for him it meant everything to get together, why I have no idea.

But she used her skill, she used him up and then she threw him under the bus like he was a piece of human garbage.

So you will not blaim the guy for not see the red flags? One after the other,

The woman and her family will receive their karma. All that stolen money will bring them unhappiness, squabbling, debts, car accidents. Ill health, and goodness knows what else. Soon it will all have gone.

And what happens then?

She will find the next gullible guy and suck him dry.

That's their game:

Meet – greet – cheat – repeat!

The saddest part for me is what I read between the lines of the OP, especially between the last two lines:

Danny is not here to take legal action and get his money back.

Danny wants her back.

"man lost more than 10 million baht to a Thai woman he met in Pattaya"

Story of my life !! But she did take 20 years or so to get that much . . .

Assuming your lady is hot so that you want to perform the good old "mattress sport" at least once a day, and even if not, at least her "garden of joy" is reserved for you only, that's 10 Million divided through 7300 (365 days x 20) = 134,- Baht per ride.

I mean, I don't know, I am not a native speaker, but I always thought the expression “story of my life” is usually followed by a description of a yearlong streak of bad luck.

134,- Baht  for some hottie keeping the bed warm for me every night sounds like a very good deal.

Just kidding man, I have been married, for 17 years and I wish it was only 20 million I lost.

And as she didn't want the divorce in order to keep her cash cow she sent me a bullet in a little envelope a few days before the court hearing with a little letter stating “if you don't withdraw your divorce petition, the next bullet will not come in an envelope.”

I went straight to my lawyer showing him the letter with shaky hands.

“That is great” he said with a smile “keep that as evidence”

“how is this great?” I answered.

“Well, if you get shot, we know who did it.”

“Great, I feel so much safer now.”

“Told ya”

Being Asian himself and from this part of this world, he should have known better. If a Korean friend of his said he was not 100% mentally okay, I would beleive the friend. 4 years of being scammed, that's a long time regardless of the curcumstances. Just my thoughts.

I thought Koreans are supposed to be smarter than downy baboons. Would expect this from Brits/Aussies etc......

There are always gullible men in any country. Moreover the ladies knew how to get their hooks into them and play up to their egos.

Long time ago when i was a young man.

Still thinking about it,

The good thing about doing mistakes when young, you have time to learn and do it again, and hopefully better next time.

Never ever trust a bargirl, hooker, ex-bargirl or ex-hooker, they're all liers.

Never trust a female full stop. Hot take they just wait at the finish line looking for the best option after partying their twenties away and been rogered more than a police radio. Men have to stop skimping. Be better.

Never trust a girl, what a sad life?

Heartbroken 3 times in my life, and before that a few puppielove, but today, I look at it as good and necessary life experiences. Been lied to, cheated on, but still never lost faith in good women.

Never give up, never give in! Life is good being two

He can put her and her family through hell, forcing them to pay lawyer fees.  He has a very good court case to prove criminal fraud, which have been done successfully before.  It will cost her a lot of money and the family will lose face in the village.

And he might lose his life in the process

I once turned the tables on a scammer and told her I was rich but dying of cancer. She started calling me in America every day and telling me she loved me and would come and take care of me. Then I pretended to die, pretended to be my lawyer and sent her a fake photoshop check which said things like First Fake National Bank of America and In Fraud We Trust, and along the bottom with the numbers it said "000000fakecheckfakecheckhahahahah00000". She ran around Bangkok trying to cash it (she was stupid) and when she was told it was just a copy and needed the original she believed it and contacted Attorney Greg and thats when I told her it was all a ruse to teach her a lesson not to scam any more. My intent was to have her arrested for cashing a fraudulent check but I guess the banks didn't want to make a fuzz for one of their won. At first she thought I was another scammer and was mad until I convinced her that I was all one and the same person and that I had done it to teach her a lesson. She may or may not have learned, but she said she repented and  we chatted for a while afterward. She had even sent me her Thai ID so I could cut the "check" . The name was her married name and I asked about it, she said she was divorced and got upset and didn't want to talk about it. So she probably had an abusive husband and a horrible divorce and (maybe) left with no money and resorted to this as a result. MAYBE. She kept me posted on her job search and eventually got one at a hotel, so she said. Pretty odd story though, but that's how I roll. I know the language of scammers, I've heard them all. Happy holidays folks, and may you never be scammed.

Good people with big hearts don't suspect that people can be this bad, and they have an overabundance of sympathy where there needs to be caution. It's not that they're stupid, which is possible, but incredibly naive about what a bad world of bad people are out there, and they are generally not suspicious of anyone especially if it's a love interest. The scammer know how to play these people like a violin.

It is a mix involving many ingredients.

When you had your life experience with a woman, and do not have time to get to know the real her, you make up for the rest, and create your wanted image of her.

It's hard to brake that image, without experience some serious defeat, therefor I guess to many hold on to those images to lang, and give up to late.

Can't name everyone I have warned during my life, still they do not want to listen, they need the first hand experience to realize the truth.

I had my set backs, but not as bas as many others. And it I'd not brake me completely yet.

Blame the victim? Really? No, because it's in human nature for a naturally trusting person who is not sour on life  to have emotions get the better of them especially when dealing with a skilled con artist. Have you ever had your emotions get the better of you?

Exactly right, oh wise one. Insight into human nature will save you from a lot of holes in the road. It's too bad they don't teach about scammers' tactics in schools, along with basic human nature and emotion.

If they thought people about basic economic psychology, it would cover many areas, still,,,,, can't prevent for the rush of addictive love endorphins

Seems she was playing the long con.

I can understand depending on how long the relationship was at certain points sending some money to help.

They never seem to ask for proof.  The hospital will create a bill.  She can easily photo and attach photo to any messaging app.

If they are insulted and do not want to send proof then you know the answer to where the money is going.

Like everyone has said do not give or loan a Thai money and expect to ever see it again.

Maybe he thinks that it's not worth the effort. Putting her in jail or having her fined for 6,000 baht won't bring his millions back.

Section 341 of the Thai Penal Code:

"Whoever dishonestly deceives a person by falsely representing a fact, whether past, present, or future, or by concealing a fact that should be revealed, causing that person to act, not act, or allow something, and thereby causing harm to the property of the deceived person or another person, commits the offense of fraud and shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years or a fine not exceeding 6,000 baht, or both."

Does this actually work?  Wtf
