Thai Taxi Driver Assaulted by Foreigner in Pattaya, Calls for Justice

A Thai taxi driver, Mr. Chiwun Chimphlee, was assaulted by a foreigner in Pattaya on December 18 while assisting at a cannabis shop. The attack, captured on CCTV, left Mr. Chiwun with severe facial injuries, including a ruptured blood vessel and cuts.
